This past two weeks, Vladimir and Alexander ventured to St. Louis for 4 days of Potter Fire training at their HQ. They studied and received certificates in their IPA line of equipment along with networking , fiber and more.

The following week Kirk and Vladimir attended Potter’s annual business development conference. In addition to a couple of keynotes, they each attended 8 break-out sessions over two days.

While in Austin, TX Kirk had a mighty good time 🙂

This week, we have three additional techs (Tony, Dakota and Frank) getting certified on the Bosch Security and Fire platform. Ryan, Alexander and Hez attended and were certified last month.

While the techs were getting Bosch trained today, JR from PDK Access Control was in the office updating the crew on their new 2.0 software and did a fine job of teaching Mike Tinder, our newest sales consultant.
