Shawn Zeeshan

Roles: Co-owner, VP,  Chief Financial Officer (CFO) 

Shawn oversees the financial operations of KVS / OnGuard, bringing with him the drive of a first-generation immigrant, along with the insight of a seasoned entrepreneur and business owner. He holds an MBA (Master of Business Administration) and has a proven track record of building and managing successful ventures.

Beyond his professional expertise, Shawn is a devoted husband and father of three. He and his family live in Carmel, where he pursues his passion for technology and aerial innovation as a licensed drone pilot. Shawn also serves his community through his faith—he attends Trader’s Point Church and has previously served as a missionary pastor.

Kirk Booher

ROLES: Founder, Co-Owner, President,

Senior Security Consultant

The ‘OnGuardMan’ has 40 years of experience implementing security systems (Intrusion and Fire Alarms, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Monitoring, etc). He began his career working for his father’s company, Hoosier Alarm, while attending Lawrence Central High School, Indpls. IN, in 1983. He served in the US Navy along with several local alarm companies prior to joining Guardian in 1999. Career positions include the following: installer, central station dispatcher, sales, and sales management prior to founding OnGuard Security Solutions in 2011.

Kirk has been married to Jill since 2000. They have 3 children. He lives in Fishers. Kirk enjoys bicycling, tennis and sports in general. He is a member of Harvest Church Indy.

Outside of work, you might spot Kirk on the Pickelball Courts, cycling down Nickel plate trail or taking their dog Skye and Kody for a walk.

Josh Jordan

Roles: Installation and Service Manager

Josh leads our Installation and Service Department with over 30 years of hands-on experience in the security industry. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of key roles, including Central Station Dispatcher, Manager, Programmer, and Installation & Service Manager.

A lifelong Indianapolis native, Josh is a proud second-generation professional in this field. His father, Jack Jordan, co-founded Circle City Alarm and helped inspire Josh’s passion for protecting people and property.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his son, Jackson, who keeps his free time active and rewarding. He’s also an avid tech enthusiast who loves experimenting with his 3D printer, working on cars, and exploring new innovations.

Michael Bourdeau

Roles: Operations Director and Subcontractor Leader 

Michael leads our Ops team with over 3 decades of direct security experience working as a leader, install manager, project manager, technician and business owner. 

Michael is married and is a grandfather. He lives on the far east side of Indy. He is active at Brandywine church and servers as a counselor. You might catch Michael playing flag football some weekend.
